Founded by Javaras Thomas in 2020, JTI Holdings Group was born out of a passion for real estate and the drive to create lasting value through smart investments. Javaras began his journey by purchasing a single-family home in Miami, quickly discovering a deep interest in the potential of real estate. This passion led him to expand into other states, where he gained hands-on experience flipping 4- and 6-unit buildings, overseeing the tenant vetting process, and managing properties himself. After encountering challenges with property managers who did not meet his high standards, Javaras took a hands-on approach to tenant relations and property management, ensuring each investment was handled with care and attention to detail.

Today, JTI Holdings Group continues to grow its portfolio, focusing on strategic acquisitions, value-driven property enhancements, and selling at the right time to maximize returns. Our goal is to expand further, building a diversified real estate portfolio that stands the test of time.
